Main Responsibility
– Ensure that our Customer’s vehicles are maintained in a professional manner.
Qualifications
– Strong technical knowledge acquired through education or training at a college or
trade School (Automobile)
Duties
– Diagnoses, repairs and overhauls engines, transmissions, components, electrical
And fuel systems, brake and clutch systems on gasoline and diesel powered
Vehicles.
– Undertake efficient maintenance, servicing and repair of all customer vehicles
brought in for repair at our service Center / Workshop.
– Provide on the job training and guidance to junior Mechanics and ensure that they are kept abreast on new technology.

Experience & Requirements
– Minimum 3 – 5 years mechanical working experience as a technician in a reputed
automobile company . ( Toyota , AMW )
– Ability to use vehicle diagnostic equipment and understand vehicle service /
workshop manuals .
– Good Computer literacy and knowledge on workshop software applications.
– Holder of valid driving license.

– Service Advisor must have extensive practical experience in vehicle servicing and repairs, together with experience in supervising technicians and dealing with customer.
– Excellent communication skills / excellent customer service skills to deal with any customer concerns or complaints.
